Premier Houseboats are pleased to present The Dolphin, a delightful one bedroom home, with great thought given to both internal and external space.
This well insulated and extremely well decorated houseboat is economical to run, whilst having a light and airy feel that makes it such a comfortable home.
The lounge area has the benefit of large windows either side, and also sliding patio doors that lead to a terrace area. This provision of light gives a spacious feel. The lounge, fully carpeted, also has a wood burning stove, that provides heat for the entire boat with ease, whilst acting as a focal point for this comfortable living area.
The kitchen comes fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge and freezer. There is ample storage with the many fitted cupboards, and plenty of work surface, again a spacious area. A hallway has a staircase leading up to an entrance door leading out to the roof terrace, or alternative entry point depending on the mooring.
There is a small separate WC, and also a main bathroom with second WC, full sized bath and shower, again a well decorated room.
A doorway leads through to the good sized double bedroom, again with plenty of natural light, and built in wardrobe and storage areas.
The Dolphin was taken out of the water in 2009 when the entire hull structure was re-plated and painted, and is in excellent condition.
This is a lovely home, extremely well planned and maintained, and is a very desirable residence. Mooring possibilities are available and can be discussed.
