Hazel Margaret offers a good amount of accommodation for her size, with the wheelhouse having been extended to create a lovely day lounge that offers panoramic views whether static or cruising.
Steps lead down to the saloon, with plenty of built in storage and seating that can convert to a double berth if needed. There is a Grizzly Cubic mini wood stove in this area that comfortably heats the entire boat, and a sink with hot and cold water.
Next there is a toilet cubicle housing a compost toilet, and the other side is a shower cubicle. Forward from this is a separate cabin with built in double berth with Coolmax memory foam mattress.
Externally Hazel Margaret does need some painting, but other than that she is ready to be lived in immediately. mechanically she is sound, and ideal to cruise the inland and coastal waterways of the UK.
Hazel Margaret is very much affordable housing, with a secure residential mooring she is cheap to purchase, and ongoing mooring fees are also affordable given her size.
