There is a gas water heater that supplies hot water, the owner did not feel the need for a full central heating system due to the quality of insulation and the heat already provided by the multi fuel burner.
Externally See The Elephant has been clad with low maintenance cladding, and has a small deck area at the entrance. it would be possible to create a roof terrace if required for further outside space.

For car commuters you can be heading for the coast or London on the A2/M2 in under ten minutes. For rail commuters, the closest station will be Strood, where you can catch the high-speed service to London with a journey time of around forty minutes. Close to the river Medway with sailing facilities and many walks over open countryside.
