Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Kailmora, an Otter 40 in need of restoration on a secure residential mooring. Kailmora offers surprising size and comfort but has unfortunately fallen into disrepair over recent times and now needs an internal refit as well as some external maintenance.
Kailmora benefits from a good amount of living space either side of a comfortable wheelhouse area, and would make a spacious and very affordable home. Strongly built of Iroko on oak frames, she has the look of a classic motor sailer and also offers good external space to enjoy your surroundings.
Internally there are seven berths available in three cabins. a good sized saloon area, and a wheelhouse area that doubles as another saloon. there is a galley and a shower/toilet room, both of which will need updating.
Although the engines have not been run for some time, they are a well thought of make and with a service should be able to run without too much trouble. Externally the boat is obviously in need of maintenance, however if you are prepared to put some time and money into Kailmora should could again be a classic motor sailer and a comfortable and affordable home.
