A corridor leads to a double bedroom with the same classic finish, with a door off to the bathroom, which has a bath with shower attachment and toilet.
Steps from the other end of the lounge lead to two further rooms that are ready for finishing, that could be for example a second double cabin and a further living area.
There has been lots of work done on the boat in the last 6 months. the exterior has been repainted, after any work on the hull needed was complete, and the entire roof has now been made water proof before again being painted. Internally, there is access to the hull throughout, both at the sides and the floor.
There is good outside space available to enjoy the surroundings, and the boat can stay where she is subject to the mooring owners agreement, which is between Rochester and Chatham, ideal if you want town centre living.
