Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Excalibur, a small static houseboat, completely refurbished to a high standard, and ready to move into. The boat had a complete hull re-plating in 2008 with 6mm steel plate. The boat was again out of the water in November 2015, when she was surveyed, repaired where needed, the hull was painted below the waterline and new anodes were fitted.
The accommodation has been rewired and plumbed, well insulated and finished with tongue and groove throughout, as well as being decorated and having new flooring..
Accommodation comprises a double bedroom with built in double bed and wardrobe, and a shower room with toilet and hand basin.
The galley has lots of storage, and has a small stove with extractor, sink, microwave and fridge/freezer. It also houses the hot water boiler.
The lounge has built is seating, is well finished and comes part furnished. This also houses the log burner which is the main source of heat for the boat. There is a new skylight providing natural light and airflow.A door leads to a V shaped cabin, currently used for storage but could relatively easily be a 2nd double cabin.
