The kitchen has plenty or work surface and storage, and comes with a washing machine and a fridge. The current oven is electric, this will be removed with the fittings put in place for an LPG cooker.
There are radiators throughout the houseboat, serviced by the multi fuel stove that has a small back burner. This may need to be upgraded as the current electric immersion heater for the water is being removed. All windows are single glazed, with attention needed to some of the frames.
Externally the boat is aluminium clad, and this includes the roof, which is sturdy enough to take a terrace if required.
The steel pontoon hull is double skinned, providing peace of mind.
