Windlass has been designed to maximise available space both internally and externally.
Accommodation comprises a good sized kitchen/lounge area, with plenty or work surface and storage, together with full length windows along the whole of one side providing fantastic light. There is an oven and hob, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area comes with settee and sideboard.
Next to this area is the bathroom, with toilet, hand basin and bath with shower, well designed and with quality fittings.
Next to this is a double bedroom, with double bed and wardrobe, and again full length windows offering lots of light.
Externally, the steel pontoon was painted in September 2015. There is an outside stairway leading to the roof terrace which covers the entire length and width of the boat, and commands excellent views of the surroundings.
There will need to be some alterations done, with a need for a gas boiler rather than electric water heater, and a gas oven needed rather than the electric one currently installed.
Windlass has a roof terrace which when utilised would provide great external space and lovely views.
Overall, a low maintenance, spacious one bedroom home in beautiful surroundings.
