Premier Houseboats are pleased to present the Medway Surveyor, a survey vessel in very good condition, also offers plenty of space to be converted to a cruising houseboat if required.
The Medway Surveyor has been owned until recently by the port authority and has therefore been maintained regularly to a high standard. Mechanically the vessel is in excellent condition, the 2 Gardner Diesel engines providing plenty of power for comfortable use in all weathers.
Equipment includes Furuno AIS FA150, Furuno Nav Tex NX300, VHF, Koden echo sounder, Decca Radar 20-50, Transponder 261 Shortrange and 2 12kva Generators.
The accommodation includes a large wheelhouse, large aft cabin with separate toilet compartment and another that could be used as a shower room/store room. Forward from the wheelhouse are two further cabins, that could be used for bedrooms, living areas etc depending on your preference.
There is also plenty of exterior space whether the vessel is used as a working boat or as a houseboat.
