Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Bobby's Girl, a light and spacious houseboat on a secure residential mooring. As well as being a spacious family home, Bobby's girl was dry docked in 2014 and had the hull completely replaced with new 6mm steel. Apart from a small amount of aesthetic work downstairs she is in very good decorative order throughout.
The upstairs layout is open plan, a beautiful and spacious living space, providing amazing light. The fully fitted kitchen comes with dish washer, washing machine and tumble drier, gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer and plenty of storage and work surface. There is a dining area with dining table and chairs which will stay. There is a large lounge area, again with plenty of light and space. There is also good outside space, with a n enclosed sun terrace at either end of the boat which means you can enjoy the sun all day long.
A spiral staircase leads down from the main living area into a second or winter lounge/office area. This houses a multi fuel burner that is a wonderful focal point that can also provide heat for the boat if wanted. There are three good sized double bedrooms on this lower level, together with a family bathroom. The entire downstairs enjoys good light and space, and excellent head room. The downstairs area needs some aesthetic work and a small amount of finishing, as this was the area most affected by the replacing of the hull.
Bobbys Girl has full central heating throughout, and benefits from a superb location in the marina, with an alongside pontoon mooring and excellent views. Easy to maintain and keep clean, she is an excellent example of affordable housing, and will be a lovely family home.
