Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Excalibur, a beautifully fitted out widebeam narrowboat on a secure residential mooring.
Excalibur has been fitted out internally to a very high spec, to provide comfortable accommodation whether cruising or static.
Entrance from the navigational area is down a small flight of stairs to the sleeping area, which has plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, and currently houses a convertable double day bed. A corridor with more built is storage leads to a large bathroom, with full sized bath with shower attachment, hand basin and toilet.
Along from the bathroom is the full sized kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave and full oven and hob. There is again plenty of storage and work surface. The large lounge houses a four seater corner settee, and a foldable dining table. There is a log burner in the lounge, and there are radiators fitted throughout the boat.
The internal finish is of a very high quality, with great thought given to the look and feel of the accommodation, and the many windows provide excellent natural light.
The boat has a full out of the water survey from 2009, a boat safety certificate until 2016, and comes with declaration of conformity from Liverpool Boats.
This outstanding vessel is an ideal houseboat, whether its used as a static home, cruising home, or a mixture of the two. Moored on a secure residential mooring at Port Werburgh in Hoo, Kent, Excalibur offers a real opportunity to embrace houseboat living.
