Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Anita C, a coastal barge in superb condition, beautifully fitted out and with cruising capabilities.
This coastal barge provides stunning accommodation, and is fitted out in a unique way using reclaimed timber. The main hold is now a large open plan living area, and fitted out to a superb standard, there are sleeping areas at one end, together with a suspended double bed, and further mezzanine floors to provide further berths. There are two large living areas, and also a separate bathroom. There is also a workshop at the bow, which is a large space that could house a larger kitchen/dining area.
The original crews quarters now comprises a lounge, double cabin, wet room and galley. The wheelhouse provides stunning views, and is also fully functional. Externally there is a large amount of usable space to enjoy the amazing views.
Anita C was in dry dock for 6 weeks until the end of August 2014, she was fully surveyed, with all recommendations carried out. She has been painted, had anodes replaced, and the hydraulic system has had a complete overhaul. The owners have spent over £20000 whilst the boat was in dry dock to ensure that she came out in excellent condition, both as a static houseboats and as a cruising home.
Anita C offers an incredible amount of space and character, and is a truly unique conversion, viewing is therefore highly recommended.
