Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Monaco Prince, a fibreglass static boat project, that can provide affordable and comfortable accommodation.
This beamy ex river cruiser provides plenty of room and would be ideal for first time buyers or indeed as a holiday home.
The accommodation comprises a good sized lounge ( 13'6 x 10'6)with multi fuel burner, that has plenty of windows for natural light, and comes fully furnished with settee and tv. Steps lead up to the wheelhouse area ( 12'6 x 9'6), which is now a galley/dining area. There is a large storage cupboard, lpg stand alone oven, fridge and plenty of seating, There is space for a kitchen sink (supplied) that would need plumbing in.
Steps lead down to the cabin, and a door from this leads to the bathroom area. There is currently a bath, wash basin and porta potti, but none of this is yet plumbed in.
There is good outside space, and a residential mooring for the boat can be found at Port Werburgh if needed.
The boat is currently on the hard standing at Allington where it may also be able to stay subject to the land owners agreement, but this will not be residential.
Monaco Prince provides the opportunity for very affordable housing, and with a relatively small amount of work could be a lovely place to stay.
