Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Fiona B, a conversion project in need of completion, and thought to be one of the Dunkirk little ships.
Constructed by the admiralty of double diagonal mahogany on oak, Fiona B offers relatively spacious accommodation with lots of character. This includes a large lounge, kitchen, two double cabins and a bathroom. The kitchen comes with oven and hob, fridge and freezer.
There is also a separate shower room, and a further cubicle rady to house another toilet. There is a multi fuel burner in the lounge, and a combi boiler and six radiators to provide heat.
The boat needs some finishing inside, mainly electrical work, a small amount of plumbing, and the finishing of the fit out.
Externally the boat has good deck space. The wooden hull has been sheathed in fibre glass and this needs a little finishing. A nice opportunity to own an affordable home.
