Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Viceroy, an historic ex passenger vessel converted to a two bedroom home, with the potential to use as a cruising home.
The above deck accommodation has a fantastic feel of light and openness, and created a comfortable living space. The main accommodation is open plan, with lounge, dining area and kitchen all in one large area. There is an office/ second lounge area behind this to the back of the boat. Towards the front of the boat is a small enclosed area, currently used for storage, but housing the original cockpit.
Stairs lead down from this area to the two double bedrooms, both with plenty of headroom, and ample storage areas. Two separate sets of stairs lead down from the front of the boat, one to a shower and wash room, the other to the toilet which also houses a bidet. The boat has full diesel central heating, and also has a multi fuel burning stove.
The 6 cylinder Gardener engine, although not currently in service, could be got running again to give this houseboat cruising capabilities. There is deck space available at both ends of the boat to enjoy the surroundings. The boat has a survey from July 2012 available.
