Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Sea Q, a classic wooden houseboat constructed of oak and elm, on a secure residential mooring, offering ample living space and the potential to become a real character home.
Accommodation includes the good sized wheelhouse, currently used as a galley and second lounge, but perfect as a kitchen/diner. Stairs lead down to a large lounge area, a very homely and comfortable living area. There are two double bedrooms, one at each end of the lounge, and also a family bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet.
The boat does need some external aesthetic work, and would benefit from a heating system being fitted, but provides good living space, and is certainly a very affordable alternative to a land based home. Sensible offers will be considered.
